Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Glaze Workings, Nigeria ("we", "us"), for your use of Workings at glazeworkings.com and app.glazeworkings.com. By creating an account or using Workings, you agree to them.
1. What Workings does
Workings helps aluminium and glass fabricators work out material lists, cutting lists, glass layouts and quotes from the window sizes they enter. The calculations run on our servers, so you need an internet connection to use them.
2. Check before you cut or order
Workings gives estimates based on the sizes, window types and prices you enter and on standard deductions for each window type. You are responsible for measuring correctly, checking every size and quantity before you cut material or place an order, and for the prices you give your clients. We are not responsible for losses caused by wrong measurements, wrong inputs or results that were not checked.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give correct details.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
4. Price
Workings is free while it is in beta. Before we start charging for any part of it, we will tell you in advance, and you can choose whether to continue. Anything you made during the free period stays yours.
5. Your content
Your projects, prices, logos, client details and quotes belong to you. You let us store and process them only to provide Workings to you. You must have the right to upload your logo and to share your clients' details with us for their quotes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
6. Fair use
Do not misuse Workings: no attempts to copy or reverse-engineer the calculations, break into accounts or systems, overload the service, upload harmful files, or use it for anything illegal or fraudulent. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Our property
The Workings name, logo, app, designs and calculation methods belong to us. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Workings running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or network problems. As a beta product it will change; we may add, change or remove features.
9. Limits of our responsibility
Workings is provided as it is during beta. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost material, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₦50,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing here removes rights you have by law that cannot be removed.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If we disagree, we will first try to settle it by talking. If that fails, the courts of Niger State will decide.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email before they apply.
